Comments: It was a struggle to use ADP every bit a daily user. At that place'due south no ability to add a batch of employees for an employer. The administrator will have to assign employees one past one to each managing director. Processing reports is ane of our everyday struggle. I would effort to create my report and information technology would halt in "processing" and would non consummate. Called support for aid and they redirected me to my local administrator instead of...support. Schedule is very basic . It can create, simply not publish. Information technology'due south painfully ho-hum to load. It has features that's adept but on paper, merely not good practically. Customer service is about non-real. I tried calling to ask for a general research as a user, just was unhelpful and responded with "if you are non an authorized user, delight contact your administrator for assistance". Worst of all, the software is very very slow. I have a high spec computer and optic fibre, but all the same I feel like I am on 56k when I endeavor to load any pages on ADP WFN. I would not recommend this software to other users, unless ADP changes their framework and customer service.

Pros:

It tin can run reports and the reports can be customized quite specifically. Has loftier compatibility with our accountant software, Sage300

Cons:

Processing reports does not work as intended. I would endeavor to create my written report and it would halt in "processing" and would non complete. Approving hours is glitchy (after adjusting hours in group timecard, I would see a triangle on those employee. I will have to printing refresh on the webpage before I tin approve their hours. Very redundent).

Comments: The need for staff to become to their supervisor to get their PTO balance has been eliminated with the use of the self service portal. the staff feels more empowered to have control of their profiles with whatsoever updates they need to make.

Pros:
